To make a reservation a $100 down payment of the total charges is due. THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE! The remaining payment is due at least 7 days prior to the event date.
Any special requests that extend beyond provisions of this contract need to be presented to Stone’s Market Management for approval in advance of the event, preferably at the time of contract signing. If additional requests need to be made after the contract is signed, those requests must be presented to the Stone’s Market Management in writing, no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event itself. All last-minute requests must be presented to Stone’s Market Management for approval. This included use of the stage and projector screen!
You are welcome to rent chairs, tables, tents, or any other equipment from an outside source, however we do provide tables and chairs with the rental. Renter is advised that Stone’s Market will not be responsible for any items brought by individuals or rental companies nor will Stone’s Market Staff sign for deliveries. It is the Renter’s responsibility to receive, setup, move, tear down, and load all rentals as received for pickup. No items may be staked to the ground. Only water or sand weights may be used. A Rental Removal Fee will be assessed on any items left behind after the event. No items including rental equipment may be left overnight for next day pickup without prior written permission by Stone’s Market Management.
The use of tape, wires, tacks, nails and glue to hang decorations is prohibited. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage. Be kind and leave the property as you found it.
No glitter, rice, confetti, or flower petals may be used on the ground indoors or outdoors.
No sparklers, open flames or candles of any kind are permitted without explicit approval by the VENUE.
All events must end by the designated time signed upon to comply with the City sound ordinances and in order to allow for clean-up and closure of the site by the decided time. If your party stays later than your designated time, you will be charged $250.00 for every hour.
Stone’s Market does not serve any of the alcohol. All drinks must be served by a TABC licensed bartender that is approved by Stone’s Market. You are responsible for making arrangements with the TABC licensed bartender. The TABC licensed bartender is the only person that is allowed to bring alcohol on the property. You are accountable for your guests’ consumption of alcohol and conduct. Please be responsible and respectful of the property.
You must inform your Vendors of your allotted time slot for your event. They are responsible for the cleaning up and leaving by the designated end time or you will be charged an additional fee of $250.00.
No outside alcohol is allowed. If anyone other than the bartender brings any alcohol on the premises, they will be asked to leave. No alcohol allowed in the front of the building or parking lot!
Stone’s Market is not responsible for any items lost or damaged.
Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area outside. There is no smoking allowed in the venue.
All individuals using the prep room are responsible for cleaning before leaving.
All trash must be removed from the property before your rental ends.
All leftover food must be removed from refrigerators.
All the behind bar coolers must be cleaned out and left over drinks must be removed.
All belongings are to be removed from all rooms before the end of the rental including the bar area, prep room, and bathrooms.
